My room was on 4th floor and came with a kettle, coffee/milk sachets, a TV, a sink and 2 singles which suited my group well. I felt the room was too cold so I tried to put on the heater or the radiator, but neither were working at the time. We had to message the company to ask for the heating to go on and they replied promptly saying that the heating will automatically turn on for a few hours each evening, but we didn't notice it turn on whilst we were in the room. To access the hotel and rooms the company send 2 codes to enter the main door and another to release the key from the key-safe that is on the wall outside of the room which worked well. I think each floor has its own communal bathroom. Annoyingly the communal room with shower/toilet on my floor was small. Overall it was an okay place to stay for a short time in my opinion and it's in a good location very close to Brighton Pier, and even closer to the famous Pavilion gardens and to the famous Brighton Lanes

TOTAL SCAM!! AVOID!!!! This place is a complete joke. It’s advertised as a hotel but feels more like someone’s rundown house. The moment I arrived, I knew something was off. There’s no reception, no staff, no welcome. Just a code to get in and a weird feeling like I was intruding on someone’s private home. The room itself was shocking. The “en suite” isn’t even separated by a wall – just a curtain in the corner of the room hiding a shower. No privacy whatsoever. You’re literally sleeping a metre away from the dirty sink. It’s uncomfortable, awkward and honestly disgusting. Water stopped running from the shower half way through it. No hot water, no pressure, NOT. A. SHOWER. For the price, it’s daylight robbery. No service, no proper facilities, no soundproofing, no comfort. I felt completely misled by the photos and description. If you’re expecting a proper hotel stay, do yourself a favour and book literally anywhere else. A total scam. Never again.
