Good gym with a supportive community. The quality of the crowd is top notch, the nicest of them lot. Ample number of lockers for your belongings. Shower services also available at the gym and it’s open 24/7. It could use a lot more group classes but the existing classes never get crowded. Excellent gym coaches here, there’s even boxing to anyone who’s interested headed by Dave. HIIT classes by Alison are great too.
