We stayed in the hotel - the rooms are very budget but clean and fresh towels provided as well as toilet roll and hand/body wash on the wall. The sink is in the bedroom along with the shower cubicle and the toilet is next to the door. It is very budget but the bed has memory foam so comfortable and an ideal location for Fratton Park! - which is literally a 1 minute walk away.
