I go here a lot as its local to me but i went today (23rd November) and the pool was so cold. I mean it was bearable once you were swimming but I can imagine children would be shivering. No notices around and when I told the receptionist she just gave me a blank look as if to say "why are you talking to me " (erm...cos that's your job love. Thats what you get paid to do!!). Thank god the showers are hot at least

I’ve been really disappointed with the swimming lessons recently. The pool water has been far too cold due to an ongoing leak, and it’s put my children off attending altogether — not ideal at all, especially now the weather is getting colder. On top of this, the changing area is filthy. The showers are never properly cleaned and are full of dirty hair, which is unhygienic and really unpleasant for families to use. For the price we pay, I would expect much higher standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
