Stayed for a work christmas night out nearby. Rooms were spotless and quiet. Comfortable clean bed and a great shower (which is often not the case). Staff on the check in desk were extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a bit hit and miss, but it was extremely busy when I visited, although I was able to get a table without waiting
