The staff are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, always ready to help and support you in achieving your fitness goals. The variety of classes offered is impressive, and I personally love the Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) and kickboxing classes. The coaches are exceptional, providing expert guidance and motivation. What makes Gym01 even more special is that it's a great place for families. My two kids also attend Gym01, participating in the BJJ and kids' kickboxing classes. They always have a blast and are learning so much. The specialized sessions for juniors create a comfortable and inclusive environment for all ages. The facilities are top-notch, with spacious matted floors, well-maintained equipment, and clean locker rooms and showers. The community here is supportive and encouraging, making every workout session enjoyable and rewarding. I can't recommend Gym01 enough – it's the best gym in Portsmouth for both adults and kids!
