Not bad facilities. Shame you need to buy a padlock to use the lockers safely. And they waaaay overbook the lanes. Was like the M25 on a Friday night. Clean. Cheap

Great gym with changing room facilities and all the equipment you could need. There is usually a member of staff in the gym who are friendly and knowledgeable if you need help with a particular exercise, or what recommendations about alternatives. Gym is usually busy around 5-7pm as you would expect.
