I train regularly and it has surprised me how much I enjoy it and how it has become such an important part of my life. It goes beyond physical fitness, with Leon's support the mindset has filtered through to my diet and my lifestyle choices and I'm so happy with the results. There's even two large private changing/shower rooms and on site parking, it has it all.
