Brilliantly equipped gym regardless of your particular interest in fitness training. The gym area it self and changing facilities are very clean and kept in very good condition. The staff are friendly and very knowledgeable. I made the switch from a bigger gym company but don’t regret a thing. Even saved a few quid!!
