I had the pleasure of having a tour with Helen as I was looking to join the gym and swimming facilities. West end is currently going through it's refurbishment but you can see the potential of what the finished product will be. There has been every effort made to minimize disruption to the members and I appreciated that they recognized this in their treatment of their current members. Helen was really friendly and understood the reason I had for joining the gym and what I needed from David Lloyd to make this happen regarding childcare. I would recommend booking a tour as there is potential discounts that are being run which are only available when you enquire directly. All staff were really friendly and approachable including the reception staff and also the manager Kev who had a quick 10 mins to talk to us and also explain the introduction of the e-gym later in the year. I was really happy with the service and I look forward to being able to enjoy the facilities at West End.
