Absolutely love this gym! Joining has genuinely been such a good decision. I’ve gained so much confidence in my fitness journey and actually look forward to every visit. The facilities are fantastic, especially the kids club, my little one absolutely loves it! The gym itself is brilliant, with great classes and fantastic instructors. But what’s made it extra special for me is the community. I’ve made wonderful mum friends through my youngest’s swimming lessons. His instructor, Daisy, is incredible. She is so patient, encouraging, and genuinely passionate. My son learned to swim confidently in just a couple of months, which still amazes me! Every single staff member I’ve met has been friendly, helpful, and genuinely lovely. They all go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. It’s so much more than just a gym, it’s a truly supportive community. Highly, highly recommend!

This DL is gorgeous, the staff are really friendly and helpful. The gym facilities are amazing and the general environment is great, I never feel judged or out of my comfort zone. I’ve been coming for nearly 4 years I think and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. The swimming pool and spa facilities are great, I’ve done a couple of classes too. An all round great gym/spa/cafe etc
