Beautiful location. Reception staff were welcoming and room was good. Not many loungers by the pool and towels very thin. Bar service was efficient but I had to go and ask for cutlery for my main course. Breakfast server made no contact, had to go and ask for an order to be placed. The real shock was receiving an email saying they couldn’t find the tv remote and that we’d been charged £35 to replace it!!! If we return it, the charge would be refunded! We don’t have their TV remote and so we replied to their email saying as such and got a standard this email is not monitored reply! We of course have no proof that we don’t have their remote so are left to bear the charge. Fuming 😡
