CCCU sports centre is a fantastic gym to belong to too. After returning to the gym following a twenty year absence I immediately felt at home which was primarily due to the fantastic team that they have there. All the staff are very friendly and always willing to help with any support you need. They created a programme specifically for me, taking into account my recent injury, and then provided a very thorough induction. The gym is very clean and tidy and you will regularly see the staff cleaning all areas. The equipment is well maintained and since I joined in April this year I have never seen anything “out of order”. The changing rooms are spacious with trolly token operated lockers and showers. There are many classes available too which are easily booked via the app. I don’t think you will find any other gym in Canterbury with such a friendly and more dedicated team.
