This is a lovely campsite. Beautiful views and perfect location. Toilets and showers are always clean. The staff are really friendly and helpful. Great seeing the farmers out in the tractors and being able to say hello to the sheep and goats which the kids (and adults) loved. Having breakfast delivered to your tent was a really nice treat, it was delicious 😋 We will definitely go back and will be telling our friends about it!

I stayed with four friends at Chalky Downs for 15 days while we were waiting for completion on our houses, and it was incredible! For such a reasonable price, the location is absolutely beautiful and so peaceful, with everything we needed. There are three showers and five bathrooms, plenty of plug sockets, and even a kettle! The staff were wonderfully friendly and helpful, and they had everything well stocked, such as fire pits, logs and kindling. My friends and I made such amazing memories here, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great camping experience.
