Joining Caversham Health Club has been one of the greatest investments I have ever made in myself. It is the best gym I have ever joined. The highlights for me are definitely the classes, with my favourites being the boxing and weight lifting classes. I recently also tried Reformer Pilates for the first time in their lovely new studio and enjoyed it a lot! I also really appreciate the extras the gym has such as the sauna, complimentary drinks area and the ghd hairdryers in the women’s changing rooms and love the overall aesthetic of the place, I sometimes like going there just to read a book with a coffee before my classes! I love how passionate the owners Isaac and Sophie are and how involved they are in the day to day running of the gym. They should be really proud of what they have created! Also the trainers are fantastic, Ramone, Ben and Keenan are one of the many there that are just so friendly and welcoming. They really are there to motivate you to achieve your fitness goals. I feel I’ve gotten so much stronger and fitter since joining and being someone who is quite self conscious in a gym setting, I’ve felt so comfortable there and actually enjoying going! One of my favourite things is how all the trainers there know your name and try to get to know you. It really makes you feel part of a little community and family there. It’s not just a gym, it really has formed a big part of my lifestyle and has been one of the best decisions I’ve made since moving to Caversham! Could not recommend this place enough!

Isaac and Sophie have created a lovely community in this little club. Super convenient for those living in Caversham, it offers lots of classes that tend to get fully booked. I definitely recommend if you're looking for a place where you can work out but also enjoy before/ afterwards (showers, sauna, reception area which offers hot drinks and fruit, and most importantly: lovely staff and community feel!)
