This is “Paradise Found”! A serene and beautiful camp hideaway on a pretty bend of the River Thames surrounded by meadows, where Stephen and Annemarie warmly welcome you to off- grid luxury. It’s taken years of searching to find this gem - a pocket of tranquil river countryside offerIng a small encampment of 5 gorgeous yurt tents. Think camp fires and BBQs and hot outdoor showers and hot tub and luxury beds … not forgetting the kayak for river adventures. Stephen and Annemarie have conjured up camp magic, and their hosting is wonderful! They make one feel instantly welcome and relaxed, nothing is too much trouble, and they keep the camp immaculately. Can’t wait to return soon with family and friends!

Lovely campsite on the banks of the River Thames, surrounded by nature. The owners, Stephen and Annemarie, are very welcoming and provide everything you need, including a hot shower. The wood-fired hot tub and kayak are fantastic additions. The pretty village of Sutton Courtenay is a 10-minute walk away where you can find a few nice pubs and visit George Orwell's grave. Abingdon is a historic town that's worth a visit and is 10-minute drive away. There are also lots of walks along the Thames within easy distance. My friend and I had a very relaxing stay and will probably return again in the future. Highly recommend if you're looking for a reasonably priced glamping holiday
