From the moment I walked in, the team were welcoming, professional and genuinely helpful. The space is spotless, modern and really well run, with everything clearly explained and easy to use. Booking was a breeze on the website, check-in was quick, and the whole experience felt smooth from start to finish. My 1 year old loved it and can’t wait to go back! excellent value for money and great attention to detail. It’s the kind of place you instantly want to recommend to friends and family. If you’re in Brighton and considering it, just go you won’t be disappointed! If you have the opportunity the newly established VIP changing rooms are fantastic. How this place is still open and getting positive reviews is beyond me. The changing rooms, toilets and communal areas are in a terrible state. Fixtures and fittings are completely unfit for a wet leisure centre, the benches are literally rotting, and it didn’t feel clean at all. The whole place smells of damp and mould, which made me really uncomfortable being there with my child and baby. The baby changing cubicles and tables were grim, and the lighting so dim it felt like it was just hiding how bad things were. I didn’t see a single cleaner the whole time we were there. The only positive was the staff, who were friendly and seemed keen to help, but sadly that doesn’t make up for the poor condition of the facilities. They were carrying out work to some areas whilst we were there but this was to a very poor standard. EDIT: In response to the owner's reply I have attached photos to show my experience. I also, as requested by the owner, emailed them directly. They sent me an extremely unprofessional message and banned me from the venue for giving them a bad review 😅
