Kids enjoyed themselves with the waves and the slides, but... One of the pools, the lowest, wasn't open for some reason, although the snake slide next to it was. Other parts of the place looked run down, with worrying looking rust patches quite noticeable. Some of the water sprays weren't working either. Yet the worst part of the visit was the staff turning us out of the water and making us stand by the waters edge for five minutes or so. Eventually one of them started making an announcement that was near inaudible - apparently there was no chlorine in the pool! Therefore everybody trapsed off to the changing rooms to get dressed; not enough room for the 100 or so to get to the showers, the lockers, etc. People appeared to take up residency in the family rooms so my young daughter and I stood for what felt like forever, waiting in a cold, breezy corridor. We are in a state of undress and the place is freezing! Not the best visit.
