What a fabulous experience… just dreamy. The Staff were so kind, knowledgeable & attentive. The ice plunge pool and bucket showers were invigorating & the Saunas themselves were magical. We enjoyed a fabulous ‘grounding’ ice ball & the orange segments were a perfect touch! The views out to sea just made it very Brighton. We will be back!

I had the most beautiful time at the Queer sauna session last night! Amazing ice balls, leaf whisking and salt scrub from Sauna Master Sally. There is a beautiful seating area with a fire in the middle to chill out. I wasn't brave enough to do the ice bucket shower but I did a cold plunge. I finished with a 15-minute massage from Rich. 10/10 evening with friends in a really inclusive and joyful space :)
