Excellent thermal experience. Amazing space to have all to yourself at an affordable price. Very clean and very well presented. Nice to have 2 ice baths so that 2 people can plunge at the same time. Sauna nice and hot. Having the shower/toilet area in the same space so you do not have to leave the room is great as is having towels included. Would highly recommend as a great way to spend an hour and feel all the better afterwards.

Excellent experience, well thought out space and facilities. Thoughtful towels and toiletries included with the booking, although I’d recommend taking an extra one with you, the one you’re given gets wet if you’re going between the sauna and cold plunge pools frequently. Felt amazing after wards and slept very soundly that night.
