The Social Hub Glasgow

Tried to check in after 3pm and to my surprise my room wasn’t ready yet! Luckily for me Daniela was there to no only upgrade me to a better room as well as giving me a drink voucher for my wait! The room was comfortable and modern. Hot water and great pressure! There were complimentary waters, coffee (Nescafé machine)and tea. Great location! Thanks Daniela for making my last day in Scotland so wonderful!

This hotel was great. We had celebrated my partners birthday in Glasgow for a couple nights and the first one as here. We had booked the king suite and just wow, the bed was so spacious and so so cozy. The room was definitely spacious enough for us and the shower was incredible, having body wash, shampoo and conditioner, so rare for a hotel but so so appreciated. I had informed the team at Social Hub of my partners birthday to see if anything could be done and we had come in to such a pleasant surprise with a handwritten note and some drink. The people who worked at the front helping with self check in were also so kind and patient with our lack of tech skills. The hotel is in a great location and all around was great. The only downside was people screaming outside the window in the street and we were on the 7th floor yet it sounded like they were just outside. Of course this can’t be controlled so nothing against the hotel, but this was a Monday night so just as a heads up for if people are coming for work that there is the potential for this. Everything else was spectacular.
