Equipment is generally decent and well maintained. Staff are accomodating and pleasant, however none seems to have a sense of ownership in regard to standards and manners of some of the people who attended consistently. If you are there consistently you will likely hear one guy making really loud strange noises during each strength activity he attempts. A mix of attention seeking/lack of control. Volume to the point of frightening the over 60s demographic who attend regularly and the young women who just want to work out in peace. I must have been to about 3 or 4 staff about him and got chinned off, I even confronted the guy himself with a staff member overlooking who made no comment whatsoever. I recognise this is probably more a commentary on commercial civilian gyms in general, but I feel there should at least be one staff member that ensures orders, standards, manners etc. Not just for this fella but the young broccoli heads that muck about also. Additionally the locker room is very small and quite neglected, and if you want to maintain/sanatize your equipment, bring your own wipes as there aren't any available.

I’m satisfied with this gym but there’s lots of room for improvements. Some lockers don’t have locks or they don’t work properly. Toilets need to be a bit cleaner. On some of the equipment weights aren’t readable. I haven’t taken a session with a PT, but from the interactions I had with them, they are helpful. I recently contacted Customer Support, they took a week to reply and said that my request was ‘site-specific’ so they forwarded it to the manager. Waiting to hear from them for a few days now…
