The gym has a good position in the city centre. It's clean, tidy, showers good, with nice staff. There's a sign outside but you can walk pass it if not noticing it. For those getting a day pass can be tricky to get in the building needing a card to access it or wait till someone comes out or goes in which isn't concenient. After that you'll have normal doors with the QR code and digits panels is situated inside the building. The equipment is good and it doens't feel cramped during the day. Beside this had a very good workout.

The Gym Group is asking on site for feedback. And they will have it ♥️ I had my 3 stars when I joined back in July last year. Unfortunately it won't change now. But in this edit I will add pin points of cons and pros and definitely photos for evidence. I am an active 5/7 member and I used to be at Pure Gym before this gym. Comparison to value for quality is a must. Let's start. Cons •Space distribution. •Equipment. •Privacy. •Changing rooms/ showers Pros •Location •Personal Trainers. Space distribution is related to how busy it becomes in the evening prime hours 18-20. Classes packed in a row and other PT private group classes that basically any random individual will have to wait or "fight" for space to train (simple facts). Is too saturated. Equipment. There is rust on almost all the machines. Many padded ones are ripped and will end up cutting if not anyway bother your skin if you on shorts/tank top. Many benches are missing the rubber support on their support legs and this instability will result sooner or later to injury. Privacy. Although it is asked in the locker room for no pictures, the body weight scale is basically in front of the entrance where you are everybody's glance to look at your bare feet for more accurate reading. Just why? Locker rooms/showers. Is just plain mayhem. There are two main bi next to the toilet and that's it. There should be at least one smaller one Below the main mirror and one at the entrance to the shower rooms. This just leaves for disgusting leftovers all over the place. Between empty beauty bottles/wipes and various items one use in front of the mirror or showers. (I know it comes to common sense, but hence there is none can this be anticipated?) Shower water has been an issue from day one. Or is it too cold or is scorching your skin or no pressure. I'm tired of repeating it. Can we fix these damn lockers and hooks to the showers please? The positive side of it is the location that is 3 min from the Waverly station and the great PT and guys they have over here. Worth mentioning 2 names from my own experience. Pavel is a great lad and my current PT Scott that goes the extra mile for me as for the rest of his non clients as well. (I am yet to know better the rest of the team). To wrap up this romance. You are having 3 stars because you are lucky to have good working people. But people are not your asset for the long term if you keep them in these conditions. I hope this review is taken for concern to action and not just another 3 stars to reply for the bots AI. For new incomers I would say overall is a good environment if you can put with all the above mentioned for the cost it has for the city centre. Peace 💪🏼
