The gym itself is decent, with a good range of equipment for its size, but it does feel quite small and the changing room is tiny. The location is convenient, though parking can be a real challenge as the car park and nearby streets are often packed. While the membership price is relatively affordable, it still feels a bit high for what’s actually on offer.

Was a member of the gym at eastfield leasure Centre cambuslang and my experience at pure gym Rutherglen has been night and day in comparison. All machines well maintained, clean and self explanatory. Only one negative is the showers as I feel private showers and changing combined into one should be provided rather than packing more lockers in that area feels wasted, there's plenty of lockers all over the building.
