Point A Glasgow

We stayed for 2 night in October. Room was fine for 2 nights, has the basics. Garbage cans are very small, was full both nights, my husband took ours to the ladies cleaning other rooms. We weren't expecting our room to be cleaned however at least the garbage could be emptied daily. We didn't receive a hand towel. A second bedside table would be helpful as it would serve as somewhere to put you clothes that don't need to hang up. Appreciated having gluten free options for breakfast. All front desk staff we encountered were friendly. We were able to get into our room early which was appreciated. I was able to get hot water at reception to make tea in our room. Close to restaurants, pubs and shops. 8 minute walk to the bus station.

Very pleasant welcome and with the rain pouring outside the lady that greeted me at reception even allowed early check-in which was a godsend as I was soaked. This is perfectly located in the city centre and everywhere I wanted to visit or connect from seemed less than 10 minutes walk. Close to bus and rail stations pubs and restaurants. Room was spotless, really comfy bed and toilet and shower room really clean. No tea or coffee in room but irrelevant as this is available on reception. Iron Room on ever floor. Will deff stay here again and make this brand my first choice where ever they are available.
