I came up to Glasgow for the weekend. I was pleased to find a place to practice my open water swimming. The water was clean and it was a big basin to swim in. The showers worked fine. I was very impressed. I will return next time I visit

I went for a sauna and dip at the beginning of December - I've never done that sort of thing before and didn't really know what to expect! The person at the reception was so friendly and welcoming, showed me around and talked me through everything very patiently so any nerves I had immediately disappeared. The person running the sauna was also very friendly and it made for a really great way to spend a Sunday morning! The changing area was clean and tidy and the lockers were big enough for all my things including my big winter coat - just remember to bring a padlock if you want to use them. I was grateful for the availability of a hot shower after the cold swim too! The pool itself was good, with clean water and plenty ladders and pontoons to get in and out, and no pressure from anyone to stay in for a certain duration or do anything in particular- I chose to swim from ladder to ladder, others chose to float about, everyone did their own thing at their own pace. I'd love to go to more sauna and swim sessions here, it was the best weekend activity I've done in a long time!
