This is Glasgow's newest and best Gym OmniGym is a new gym that has evolved from Team NFA based in Morris Park a short distance away from the current location. Firstly as you walk inside via the QR code entry system you are greeted by a welcome desk that will be staffed. Male toilets are clean and fresh with adjacent showers and changing area with lockers for padlocks available. Next to this their is an accessible toilet The entire gym is split into a few different areas, as you walk in you are greeted with an open space with some cool tables/chairs and a sofa and of course a huge OmniGym sign on the wall. The ground floor has a huge amount of upper and lower free weights and cable machines, a fresh new dumbbell area with plenty of benches. The downstairs is bright and full of natural light with the windows south facing, unlike some gyms who have that old unwashed warehouse style with loads of artificial lights. There is an open space room which is going to be available for sports therapists to utilise and to also train in as part of clients programs. I should point out that the majority of equipment is all brand spanking new and the most of the weight machines are all Primal which is highly considered to be the best in the business! Upstairs has the majority of all the cardio equipment split by a wall and a multi-purpose room for classes. It also boasts another dumbbell weights area and over 10 squat racks, 2 sleds/1 torq tank, this area is a Hyrox competitors dream workout area, with ample room for short sprints and station based group sessions. The building is red bricked and it's matched by a contemporary modern ivory concrete floor with painted metal around the first floor. Mirrors are plenty for those wanting to capture the workout or just add to the gram! The staff are polite, the PTs offer individual and different styles of programmes, some are former world champions in various different bikini/swimsuit/bodybuilding competitions. Some are into obstacle courses, some Hyrox and all I'd imagine will coach general fitness/weight loss! All in all this looks like it's going to be an amazing gym full of people of all shapes and sizes, on all types of fitness journeys, if this place is anything like NFA then it will have a great community feel about this place, which is just one of the things that makes this gym stand out from others in the city! I would highly recommend you try this place out, there are some amazing offers on currently!
