Great gym, massive with tons of options on machines, spacious changing rooms with showers and sauna. Lovely staff with some great variety of classes! Recently took two NRG bootcamp classes, one with Christie and another with Josh, both held fantastic classes that pushed me and felt great after. Highly recommend joining.
