The “ladies only” swimming really isn’t ladies only. The door is see-through, so there’s no real privacy, and sometimes the lifeguard is male. On top of that, there are random male staff walking around cleaning while you’re swimming. It defeats the whole purpose of having a ladies only session and makes it quite uncomfortable. Wouldn’t recommend if you’re looking for proper privacy.

Fantastic pool, superb staff. I support a lady who uses a wheelchair and had not been swimming for many years. From the very first enquiry about the logistics of mobility aids etc to actual getting in the pool every single member of staff we met went over and above to be helpful, considerate and respectful. We had an absolutely brilliant time in the pool and will definitely be back. I would definitely recommend 👌
