great trip with wonderful views from a Lochside lodge. Had a few issues with no heating throughout (in November) and no wifi due to a cut cable but staff tried their best to help and refunded money to cover the inconvenience. Portable heaters and a wifi unit was provided. Everything was new and in good condition and the showers were great. Staff were good and friendly. Pool clean and water warm for babies. Hot tub wasn't warm enough on first day but used the other nights. Would go back again.
