Hand dryer in the women’s toilet hasn’t been working for at least a month, if not more. Toilets are also always blocked or not working and there’s never any soap !!!! Feel like we were so hygiene aware during covid and this has disappeared again. During the height of summer there were absolutely no cleaning supplies, meaning that me and everyone else were leaving machines absolutely dripping in sweat with no means of cleaning them - and no it’s not hygienic to bring and use your own sweaty towel either. Blue roll and spray at multiple stations should be an absolute necessity.

Not sure where to start the equipment or the management team. Most of the machines are out of order you would be extremely lucky to ever get the leg extension working and when you ask for an update on the machines "There seems to be a delay because of COVID" you can get away with anything by using COVID. The 26kg Dumbbell has been missing for over 4 months and the maintenance of the equipment is shocking. The changing rooms are filthy, just be careful you do not slip as there will be water and empty bottles everywhere, this place is never cleaned. The previous management team was quite friendly but the new manager at the gym "Laura" will get away with murder. I was recently targeted for discrimination and extremely rude behavior and when making a complaint my access has been disabled, so it will backfire if you are from a different background. So please if you are ever picked on by the manager, any racist comments or face discrimination by her, do not act just smile and carry on with your session. You have the option for Gym Group, Extreme gym or Pure gym close by, so join a gym where you would feel welcome and appreciated as a long valued member.
