Four Points Flex by Sheraton Dundee

I had the occasion to spend a few nights here recently. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised with my stay. Firstly the staff are all very friendly and welcoming. (Cat who was on reception when we first checked in deserves a special mention). The room was very clean and adequately spacious. TV, hair dryer,tea and coffee all supplied. The bathroom was small but had a good walk in shower with constant supply of hot water. The bed was very comfortable and afforded a good night’s rest. Our views out and over the city were good. The lounge bar is a very pleasant place to pass an hour or so with its funky decor and nice views out the large picture windows. Our rates were very favourable for such a nice stay. Would recommend if visiting Dundee. Very handy for the trains and buses. There is a Tesco outlet directly below the hotel which came in handy. I didn’t avail of a breakfast and as there is no restaurant on site I can’t comment on this aspect. All in all good value for money stay.

Rooms are spotlessly clean, everything worked as it should, comfortable beds and AMAZING shower!! Breakfast buffet style, with plenty of variety. What really stood out to me, was the amazing staff, if I passed any in the corridors always got a smile and hello, they are all so warm and welcoming, and it doesn’t go unnoticed. I really don’t have anything at all negative to say about this place, if I need to stay in Dundee again, this would absolutely be my first choice.
