Positives: Good gym. Very friendly and welcoming staff (big plus). Equipment is generally in good shape, reasonably warm. Large crossfit area. Wide range of machines and dumbbells. Good showers. Music isnt good half the time, but its soft so earphones completely block them out. Criticism: Cables are difficult to use during peak hours, no 2nd cable machine. No machine/cable row machine. Some bars in the crossfit area have very worn grips. Sometimes the 2.5/1.25 plates are no where to be found. Plates are of different brands and sizes (this is more annoying than serious) Overall: 3.5/5

Excellent gym. Friendly staff, good quality equipment, plenty of space and clean shower/changing rooms. Good value and free parking too
