Been a member at David Loyed Roukenglen Club for a number of years, always get lots of use and value from my membership. Arleen who works in the cafe, is a great person her customer service skills are great, she’s always chatty and upbeat. 🙏 Sky, one of the young girls, is also really great too, did a Gym 30 class that she takes this morning, she was very helpful and enthusiastic, really enjord her class… she’s always smiling 😁 Also attend a yoga class in a Thursday taken by Jennifer, it’s always very consistent and again she is very professional and consistent, it’s always busy and well attended.🧘 And the GM Paul, always pleasant and helpful, and present on around the property, in the gym, cafe, changing rooms, talking to members and his team.
