I have been to 3 gyms in Glasgow and this one is my favourite by far. So much so that I signed up for a membership. The staff are exceptional, it’s never far too busy, you can always find the equipment you need. The staff and clientele are super friendly and approachable too. People come here to work out, not to mess around. If you’re fed up with the other city centre gyms being too busy and don’t mind spending double what you did in the more accessible gyms, it’s worth the extra £20 a month to work out in peace. My only critique is the changing room is tiny.

Nice gym, friendly staff and people. Showers and changing rooms are decent and you can buy shakes, supplements and protein bars at reception.
