Its ok but far too hot often. The changing room temperature is only comfortable in very cold weather. Not enough areas to place bag when changing. Otherwise pool and facilities good. Gym could with surround sound music or tvs rather than just one in the middle and total silence in one part.

This health club facility represents the lowest standard I have encountered anywhere in Glasgow. The changing rooms are consistently dirty, flooded with water, and pose a serious safety hazard. Basic amenities such as water taps and hairdryers are non-functional. Alarmingly, the same towels provided to guests are always used to mop the floors by the staff, a practice that is not only unsanitary but utterly unacceptable. Yesterday, I had an interaction with the assistant manager, Holly, whose behaviour was not only discriminatory but she was downright racist. She treated me unfairly compared to other guests. I personally observed other guests being provided with two towels without issue, whereas my request for the same was denied. When I asked to see the policy governing the one-towel restriction, Holly refused and arrogantly stated, “This is my club, and I make the rules.” It is beyond comprehension how an establishment with an international reputation employs managerial staff so evidently lacking in professionalism, training, and basic etiquette. This situation demands immediate and serious attention.
