Went to the gym for just under a year. Machines were often broken for weeks, and changing rooms were filthy. Poor maintenance all round, unless people complain it doesn't get fixed. They don't make cancelling easy either. Told by staff in gym to message on insta to cancel, confirmed cancellation to end up being charged for 3 months after leaving, and having to cancel the direct debit myself (gym staff try telling you not to cancel it).
