Sauna and steam room are good but unfortunately no cold plunge to be found. The main pool standard but it is extremely busy and more often than not half of it is booked for swimming clubs during peak times. The changing rooms and showers sometimes smell quite bad. Staff have also ignored concerns about the slippery floor in the spa despite the fact that people slip and hurt themselves regularly

Great equipment and staff. Only issue is with the lockers, half of them are constantly locked and then the rest need £1 coin to operate. Hopefully they’ll be replaced one day similar to the ones in Belfast city centre gym.
