Soul Sauna Lisburn

My friend and I headed down today and we were really impressed. Neither of us had ever done an infrared sauna before, and were pleasantly surprised with how hot it felt without needing to be as warm as a normal sauna - and you don’t get that awful stuffiness when taking deep breaths! The facilities were really well kitted out - felt like a very calming, nice environment. There is a plunge pool in both male and female changing room for a bit of added privacy and Ryan very kindly provides water and electrolytes for you which is a lovely touch. Showers have body wash which smells nice ! Beautiful spot for a recharge and lovely to be greeted by such a friendly face :) Will definitely be back. Thank you Ryan!

Absolutely beautiful place to relax. The guy who runs it is so accommodating. I asked if there were showers and a hairdryer, he replied that there were showers and went and bought a hairdryer that day. Gorgeous decor, lovely music,Very reasonably priced too.
