Really good gym with loads of different equipment to chose from. There is loads of changing facilities and showers for women. The gym has a lot of classes to chose from which can begin at 6am and the final class at 19:30 making it efficient for people who are working odd hours. There is different PTs within the gym too who are more than willing to help you. Highly recommend
