Great Gym! Welcoming staff. Clean, Well Kept Weight Section. Multiple of several machines. Rarely have to wait on one. The gym Floor and Changing rooms are bright and spacious. Miles apart from its dark dingy and dirty sister on Adelaide street!

Brilliant value for your money! Always clean with decent showers that are big enough to use. Great classes that start before 7am. Plenty of equipment which is all modern and well maintained. Staff are very friendly. Always parking available if you are willing to pay a couple of pound. The only draw back is I haven't managed to fins free parking near by yet.
