Don't waste time on expensive ice baths, have a standard freezing cold shower included in the price of your membership! The ladies showers have been cold for months, tepid at best, now they're ice cold and despite pressing all the showers on and doing so for about 4-5mins I only managed a lukewarm shower. I appreciate energy saving etc but cold showers and a max 20secs of water at a time is taking the proverbial. Otherwise gym is well facilitated, staff are generally helpful and friendly with a good selection of classes.

The gym is a very good, very clean and tidy ,equipment very good and space out very well. Always got a good number of equipment and you always find something for each muscle group. Changing rooms very clean but only thing would like is warmer is the showers they have good pressure but barely Luke warm
