Great location and a very convenient hotel for a short city break in Belfast. The hotel is very close to the city centre – it’s about a 10-minute walk to the Christmas Market and the main attractions. Just behind the hotel there is a street with plenty of restaurants, food spots and a few small shops, which makes it easy to find something to eat without going far. A big plus is the free on-site parking for guests, which is not easy to find in this part of the city. The hotel also has a small gym, useful if you want to stay active during your trip. The rooms are clean and well-equipped, perfect for a short stay. Everything you need is provided: towels, hairdryer, kettle with coffee, tea and milk. The room was comfortable and practical. Breakfast is what you would expect from a Holiday Inn Express: croissants, bread, jam, chocolate spread, scrambled eggs, rashers, sausages, hash browns, tomatoes, cereals with milk, coffee, tea and orange juice. Nothing fancy, but absolutely fine and more than enough for a 1–2 night stay. There is also a bar and a comfortable lounge area, nice for relaxing in the evening. Overall, a very good choice for location, comfort and value for money. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Belfast.

We stay here every 6-8 weeks since March 2025. The staff customer service is always very good to excellent. Staff are friendly. Food is very good. Rooms with a/c and the Members ‘Quiet’ Corridor are added ‘Perks’ we love. Rooms are compact, but we’re hardly ever in our room and the main thing is the beds are very comfy and they’ve power showers in the rooms we used on MQC. The Free Breakfast Buffet, Parking and WIFI are great additions and literally game changers for us personally. Along with the newly installed four EV Chargers.
