Yes pool is warm and actually clean sometimes busy but for a reason. So many changing rooms with actual doors unlike dirty ahh templemore. Clean and warm pool for the 1 out of 4 times I have tried to take my 1yr old. First time: went on a Sunday paid at the till got a band got into the pool Second time: went on a Friday turned away and told they do lesson on a Friday until five o clock which at the time did not state on there website my friend was also with her one year old and advised for them to update Third time: Turned away was told that it was too busy I asked did I need to book I was told no first come first served basis Fourth time: Which was today told that the learner pool was fully booked and would have to wait 45 minutes for the next slot and that I should of booked I advised that I was previously told I didn’t, I asked to give me two minutes to check with my husband and when I went back to them I was told sorry the slots gone I seriously recommend better communication to be told three different things it also doesn’t state on line advising for prior booking, and as every parent knows it’s not easy trying to get a one year old out of the house Really disappointed as it’s such a clean pool and has huge changing rooms
