Gym is quite small. Dry changing annoyingly in the basement when the gym is on the first floor. Wet changing has showers in the toilets - would be better if this was all just bigger and together. Sauna and steam by pool. Sauna is ok. Steam is broken.

Staff are amazing. First time visiting the lady at reception accompanied us to the changing rooms and gave us a tour pointing out everything we would ever need to know. Made us feel really welcome.
