First: the location on the map was wrong. We spent some time searching for the place in the rain until we asked at a convenience store and they helped us find it. Second: When we arrived, it was dark. We knocked on the door, but no one came out, even though we had sent our arrival time. Since no one came out, we called the contact number, and the woman gave me directions to get a key that was inside a key box. I couldn't get it out. So she asked a friend who lived inside the house to let me in, and he then showed me how to get the key so I could leave later. Third: Our room was on the first floor and was clearly completely different from what the photos show. The room had spiders, was dirty, we found hair on the sheets, the pillow had dust stains, and the bedspread was stained. The mattress was terrible. The door only worked with a key, which was very awkward to open. Fourth: The bathroom was dirty. The shower worked. Fifth: The cell phone signal inside is very poor, so I asked for the Wi-Fi password via text message (the woman said she'd send it to me via WhatsApp, but she never did). She responded by simply typing the password, so I texted her again to ask for her name, and she responded about two hours later, with no kindness. When we arrived, we couldn't believe it. It's unfortunate that they offer such poor service, because the person isn't even friendly or there to greet you. I wouldn't recommend it at all!

Although it is true that the house is very close to the center and that apparently upon arrival it was quite cozy, we found details that we did not like at all, the room had not been cleaned properly and the two bath towels seemed to have been used, to comment that, when we went to shower we had left the key inside the room and when we managed to contact the landlady she came to the house to give us a bag of keys to find the spare (in case we got bored).
