So Very disappointing, changing rooms have lockers that need a padlock, so as a visitor ypu cant lock away valuables, very fated facility....theres no swimsuit spinners, floors were very wet, the pool is ridiculously shallow and cold, and allowing groups of kids in unsupervised is annoying for noise and bombing etc, the jacuzzi, isnt..its part of the cold pool and bubbles only occasionally,.. Steam room is too cool.. Sauna is the only thing right.. Altogether, its what id expect from a council swimming facility, not a gym and so called spa attached to an expensive hotel...Altogether very poor, worth avoiding.
