Recent experience in Bathshack Lisburn was excellent, Chantelle was very efficient in sourcing all the equipment I was going to need for fitting a new corner shower unit. I have updated and edited this review and added star's. This is because I appreciated the staff trying to help and going out of their way to make sure I was happy with their service. I do not delete reviews as they are honest but I will edit them if warranted and this was. Went to store and then to the clearance section at the back. The staff were helpful when in store, unfortunately there was a manufacturing fault with my shower doors, I would strongly recommend opening very box when you receive it immediately. You may not know what you are looking at but you may see faults or defects. Jordan did his best to help. I was asked for a review via email, decided I would not make a rash review on the day. 4 days lately went to reply to email review to find it was timed out!! Not exactly helpful. The store has helped resolved some issues so the star rating has been edited.
