I started with AD fitness over 3 weeks ago now. I’ve done many different diets and went to different gyms. The main difference with AD is that you’re not on your own. When I was going to the gym myself I didn’t really know what I was doing or what half the equipment was even for. I used the treadmill/ stair master and that’s about it😂. This uncertainty and lack of support made it extremely easy to throw the towel in. AD has had a positive impact on not only my physical health , but emotional wellbeing. This is due to the sense of community and the social aspect that comes with joining here. It’s like nothing I’ve experienced before. All of the coaches are amazing , particularly Aimee & Sean . They have taken time to explain exercises & pushed me to my potential safely , in each session. Il definitely be here long term and anyone even considering it I would say it’s 100% worth every penny.
