I recently stayed at YOTEL Deansgate for a few nights while visiting Manchester. The location is definitely the highlight, right in the centre of everything, close to shops, restaurants, and attractions. It’s also easy to reach using the free city bus, which stops nearby and makes getting around super convenient. The hotel looks modern and has a lively, stylish atmosphere. My room was compact but well designed, with lots of power outlets, a smart TV, and a great shower with strong water pressure. It had everything I needed for a short stay. That said, there were a few downsides. The bed was very hard, and the pipes were quite noisy, especially at night. The windows can’t be opened, so there’s no fresh air, which made the room feel a bit stuffy. Housekeeping isn’t daily, so you don’t automatically get clean towels each day, and the rooms are small, though that’s manageable for a short trip. Overall, YOTEL Deansgate is a decent option for a quick stay if you want a central location and modern facilities, but it lacks a bit of comfort for longer visits.
